Job Description

Payroll Manager | Surrey | £70,000-£75,000 plus bonus | 12 month FTC | Global Luxury brandA Payroll Manager is required to work for a leading luxury brand based in Surrey (2 days WFH). This is an opportunity to work for a large, globally recognised brand, this is a key role as the business is now looking to strengthen its internal processes tohelp facilitate further growth globally.Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, you will be working on the payroll process for both UK and Ireland. A key part of this role will be continuing the business as usual tasks as the company implement a new payroll system.Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the payroll for 1000+ employees based in the UK and Ireland
  • Driving efficiencies within the payroll department including exposure to the system implementation
  • Assisting with expat payroll including article 82 taxable and non-taxable pay
  • Perform analysis and reporting on payroll data
  • Responsibility for the payroll year-end including P11ds and PSA monthly assessment
The successful candidate will have experience working as a Payroll Manager/Head of Payroll within a global business where you have overseen payroll for 1000 employees plus. Experience working in the consumer industry is beneficial but not essential. Priorsystem implementation experience is beneficial, as is knowledge of ADP or Workday.
