Job Description

Pay, Benefits and Rewards OfficerAgency Reference: 7201730Venn Group are currently working alongside the worlds largest business aviation company to assist in recruiting a Pay, Benefits and Rewards Officer to join the growing HR team.Location: SurreyWFH optionsDuration: 12 monthsRate: £31KJob Responsibilities:

  • Report into the Group Head of HR
  • Work closely with the HR Coordinator on payroll matters and with the Employee Experience Manager on project related matters
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the monthly payrolls
  • Drive strategic initiatives around pay, reward, benefits and compensation
  • Support Group Head of HR with benefits renewals, such as Income Protection, Group Life insurance, Private Medical Health Insurance (and associated employee communications)
  • Participate in job grading work stream, to get ready for gender pay and equal pay reporting
  • Report, analyse and communicate around gender pay/equal pay
  • Responsible for industry salary reviews, providing data, support and commentary to Group Head of HR to enable Gama to maintain a competitive edge
Essential Skills:
  • Previous Payroll or HR experience
  • Strong excel skills
  • Ability to learn new databases quickly
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, both written and verbal, and show sensitivity and discretion where required
  • Good numeracy and accuracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, and the capacity to process high volumes of data, both quickly and accurately
  • Confident in working to and meeting deadlines, and the ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
