It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleThis role will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-wide organization design solutions and outcomes with the business, as aligned to the strategy and delivery of the strategic operating model.This role will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity and ongoing effectiveness of our enterprise operating model and capabilities by providing expert and specialist organization design expertise in both an advisory capacity and in project delivery,ensuring all parts of our organization are integrated and optimized.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a leading global organization.Key responsibilities

• Work in a project-based way to lead strategic enterprise-wide operating model and organizational design initiatives and projects across Global Functions and BUs, working with senior leaders and teams to effectively design and deliver optimized and integratedorganization designs, solutions and outcomes that are fit for purpose for the business.
• Provide organization design advisory and subject matter expertise to steer senior leaders to scope and articulate operating model, organizational capability and/or organization design challenges and transform them into robust organization design principlesand charters of work with organization design solutions and deliverables aligned to the business strategy.
• Support the design and consistent application of a global, standard and fit for purpose organization effectiveness framework, methodology & toolkit to be used across enterprise-wide organization design initiatives; ensure effective global alignment of organizationdesign methodology and strong capability with all external vendors.
• Support the Design and embedding of an enterprise wide quality governance and review of initiatives as per the organization design strategy to assure operating model organization designs with key senior leaders and stakeholders
• Leverage and translate organization effectiveness analytics and insights into informative and compelling outcomes for senior leaders on relevant organization design and effectiveness initiatives including leveraging OrgVue, and other digital enablers.
• Design best practice data-driven organization effectiveness metrics and data points to support organization design initiatives and overall alignment to our organization effectiveness agenda
• Support the design and consistent application of a global, standard and fit for purpose organization effectiveness framework, methodology & toolkit to be used across enterprise-wide organization design initiatives; ensure effective global alignment of organizationdesign methodology and strong capability with all external vendors.

Qualifications and skillsEssential

• An experienced senior strategic operating model and organization design expert, with a proven track record of navigating large, complex, global organizations.
• Prior knowledge of designing and working in successful OE centres of excellences and teams in industry and/or consulting / professional services
• Ability to translate business strategy into organization effectiveness solutions and outcomes linked to sustainable business performance.
• Ability to produce high quality deliverables for senior business leaders and exec level to narrate the organization design solutions embedding in the business
• Commercially aware and astute. Ideally brings depth of understanding of consumer businesses across a range of operating models in a multinational context.
• Track record of delivering performance shifts through OE interventions.
• Deep understanding of OE Tools & Frameworks. Is able to act as a deep subject matter expert in this area. Fundamental knowledge of organization design and organization effectiveness are critical.

Preferred

• Ideally brings experience leading in a global project environment include the design, planning, governance, phasing and implementation of projects as well as tools and
• techniques for issues and risk management, decision making and reporting.
• Applies organization effectiveness and design practically to address business challenges pragmatically and to deliver against goals.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with a range of financial and business metrics and able to leverage them to deliver insights.
• Able to create clarity in a complex and interdependent environment.
• Good knowledge of Change Management techniques and their practical implementation.
