You will be working with Acute Long term Patients.The client are particularly looking for Nurses who are looking for a team that will invest in their development training and long term plan. The excellent progression routes are designed to direct you towards gaining piratical skills, build your confidence and enrich your development into higher banding.The team.You will be working on the ward in this unit, you will be working in partnership with the NHS. You will be working with patients who have single organ failure who need long term care.You will support the team, working together to bring patients back into the community and in their own home. You will enjoy the relationships that you build on by working 2:1 with patients and staff ratio and get to know family, friends and carers of the patients as well as those you will be supporting.Atmosphere.Due to the specialised environment the team have become very close and supportive of staff.
