Our client, a Motor Trade Dealership group in the Surrey area is currently recruiting for a Marketing Project Manager to join their highly successful Marketing Team. The salary on offer is £30k - £32k depending on your experience, plus bonus.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Project Manager will lead the delivery of all business as usual marketing projects from initiation through to closure. The Project Manager will manage project resources, stakeholders, cross functional activities and dependencies to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high-quality standard, ensuring alignment to scope with closely managed risks/issues and with a focus on meeting Group defined objectives.Responsibilities• Have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of all business as usual Marketing Campaigns, customer & staff events.• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s), and ensure that internal or third party project team members have the access to necessary tools, people, and information• Proactively communicate with senior stakeholders regularly• Oversee project financials including initial estimates, budgets and forecast• Perform project status and performance reporting during the execution, and complete project documentation upon project closure• Supplier negotiations and management• Use Project Management software to set timelines for short and long-term planning in order to manage internal resources and project logistics within budget and scope• Contribute your ideas to the Senior Management Group to drive change and implement processes and workflows that will enable a more efficient and effective delivery of projects.• Ensure the correct cadence of below the line and above the line campaigns as well as affiliations for Group awareness• Enforce Group brand guidelines in all external interactions• Be a central point of contact for creation and or contribution to Sales Department & Aftersales marketing initiatives.• Assist with adhoc daily database maintenance tasks.• Conduct market research on competitors to ensure that the business remains ahead of the competition.• Provide additional marketing support to Group Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team as required.• Adopt a flexible approach, enthusiastic and driven approach to achieving the financial goals of the business• Contribute to maintaining a high level of housekeeping and attention to health and safety issues as to create a healthy and safe working environment.• Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company.Capability, Knowledge and Experience;• Previous B2C & B2B marketing experience.• Dotmailer or equivalent email marketing platform experience.• Social media management experience.• Website content management system experience.• Experience with digital analytics tools.• An understanding of database management & marketing.• Previous event experience.• Experience in Financial Services marketing desired.• Proficient in MS Office.• The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.• Experience of managing complex projects with multiple touch pointsEducation and Qualification• UK Driving licence• CIM or marketing equivalent qualification desirable.• At least 3 years automotive marketing experience.Working Hours:
