Job Description

Marketing Data AnalystSurrey£28,000 - £45,000A great opportunity for an experienced Analyst to work for a Global Insurance company. If you want to be involved in the creation and delivery of new customer experiences, then read on!THE COMPANYThe company is a global insurance company, offering various products in individual insurance to its customers. The area of Marketing is a growing part of the company, so they are looking to add a Marketing Analyst to add to the delivery of personalised customerexperiences. They have also forged relationships with big tech companies and participated in the beta testing of new technologies, as well as moving over to a cloud-based system.THE ROLE

  • Working with various marketing teams to ensure delivery of new customer-centered, marketing communications within set time lines.
  • Performing acquisition reporting and sending out company emails via Salesforce.
  • Participating in the creation of audience lists
  • Working with stakeholders to make sure correct approvals are authorised for the purpose of audits
  • Presenting collected data insight reports to stakeholders and managing their requests
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proven ability to manage and work with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a team and collaborate with other teams on various projects.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Skilled in using SQL, Databricks, Azure, and SAS
  • Dashboard creating using Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Azure
