Job Description

LiveSmart Manager (Over 55s Housing)£22,779 to £26,622 per annum pro rataMole Valley (Various locations)36 hours per week12 month Fixed Term ContractDo you have experience of working with vulnerable peopleWere looking for an experienced individual with great customer service skills to provide an Intensive Housing Management service to our residents living in Clarions over 55s housing scheme.The purpose of our LiveSmart schemes is to enhance the life experiences of our residents, to ensure that we provide a safe and secure environment, and to promote each individuals independence.As the first point of contact providing a focused service to those living in retirement housing, youll have excellent communication and customer service skills and work with other housing teams, arrange viewings and enable residents to settle into the scheme.Youll be responsible for managing access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.Youll report any safeguarding concerns as appropriate, and make referrals to other agencies where residents need additional support. Youll deal with H&S and compliance, maintenance issues, residents arrears and low level ASB.You must be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies if required.
