L&D Business Partner/ Learning and Development ManagerWest London (hybrid) paying up to £60,000 plus 25 days holiday. 3 days per week in the London office required.A very well-known brand based in West London is looking for an experienced L&D Business Partner to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company going through change and transformation.This Learning and Development Manager role will report into the Head of HR and be a mix of both strategic and hands on work, covering the following:- Developing training plans/strategies across the organisation- Partnering with Managers and Supervisors to upskill as well as determine training needs- Delivering inductions- Delivering some hands-ontraining across areas such as customer service, health and safety andcompliance while also utilising external training companies/specialists- Managing a Training Administrator to coordinate training- Promoting practical e-learning as well as face to face training- Implementing a performance management system and process- Providing mentoring where requiredTo be considered suitable you will need the following skills and experience and previous experience as either an L&D Specialist, Business Partner, Lead or Manager- A strong track record in hands on training, learning and development- A background in either hospitality, leisure, customer service, hotels/accomodation, retail or entertainment/activity sectors- Ability to provide guidance on L&D strategy and plans- An understanding of supporting apprenticeship programmes would be seen as advantageous as would any experience with Cornerstone however these are not essential- Ability to both deliver training as well coordinate external specialists- Experience across both e-learning and face to face learning- Ability to interact with a range of senior stakeholders
