Working alongside the Head of department and business systems owners to own the systems operations, management of changes to systems and assistwith the cultural change initiatives. You will develop training strategies and provide reporting of service standards. You will be responsible for working with business system owners to implement new enhancements and configuration changes.ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong business analysis skills with systems implementation experience, managed large scale projects as well as worked on operational improvement projects. Advanced skills in Microsoft office, informationgathering and analysis, as well as strong relationship management skills are all essential requirements.
