Youll be leading the IT team, monitoring the hardware and software infrastructure, alongside working closely with the Senior Management teams and key stakeholders to develop and identify opportunities for continuous improvements. Technical Skills Required:*3/4 years experience in a similar role *Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products - including O365, Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook and Windows Server*GDPR, data protection and copyright laws*Knowledge of VoIP systems, Wi-Fi, Firewalls and Switches*Good understanding of infrastructure - including firewall, IPS monitoring, internet content filtering and log analysis*Analysing technical problems and communicating solutions to end users*Basic hardware installations, repair and diagnose faults*Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and Anti-Virus softwareDesirable Skills:*PowerShell scripting*Apple products*ITIL framework knowledge*Previous SEN/education sector experience*SMART products - including whiteboards, projectors, and telephony*Cloud migrations and applicationsIf you believe you have the skills and experience to become an integral part of their team, please apply for immediate consideration!Raven.
