To support the business across the whole HR lifecycleClient DetailsA leading provider of quality business support.DescriptionThe Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager include:* Being the first point of contact for all ER queries, internally to (circa 80 staff) and externally to clients (circa 20 retainer clients, and ad hoc clients), including but not limited to: disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performanceand talent management; termination, redundancies, and settlements; productivity, recognition, and Reward; and training and development.* Building relationships with key stakeholders* Attending weekly on-site meetings at a client, providing them with ER and HR Project support including succession planning, role mapping, salary banding, employee engagement initiatives and a culture re brand.* Reviewing documentation produced by HR Administrators to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.* Key Account management and business development, driving leads and onboarding new clients.* Updating and maintaining policies and procedures in line with any legislative changes* Providing regular employment law updates to clients* Managing recruitment and selection internally for the Group and externally for clients.* Assist in managing payroll information for the Group and Clients, liaising with the payroll department and ensuring accuracy and timeliness* Attending on-site client meetings as and when required* Supporting senior managers with areas such as salary benchmarking, performance management, succession planning, gap analysis and training and development* Effectively manage and develop the Administration Team- setting targets and objectives in line with the company strategy* Ability to lead specific HR/L&D projects as and when requiredProfileThe successful candidate will be:* HR Administration and HR Databases management* Training & Development experience* Compensation & Benefits experience* looked after the Recruitment & Selection process* Operational HR Projects exposure* Hands on Redundancy process knowledge* Settlement Agreements Key knowledge, skills and experience required:* A self-starter who takes initiative, has the ability to be extremely hands on and thrives in a fastfaced, dynamic environment.* Proficient IT skills including, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint* Strong verbal and written communication skills* The ability to multi task and meet deadlines* Excellent organisational skills and team player* Great stakeholder managerment* Experience in an office environment in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager role* Experience of using HR Systems, ideally BreatheHR, Iris or Cezanne.* Knowledge and experience in employment law Education / Qualifications CIPD Qualified (or in the process of studying for)Job OfferThe candidate will receive:* Up to £50k dependent on experience* Holiday: FT 25 days, plus 8 bank holidays.* Accredited best companies award in 2018.* Hybrid working* Exceptional training available.* Career progression opportunities.* Regular social activities.* Free fruit delivered weekly to the office.
