Must be able to start asap. This position is primarily responsible for the review and mapping of the HR Data into Payroll and Time systems, the relationship with local HR leads and teams, the NGA (supplier) project manager counterpart and the central teams supporting the project.You will be responsible for:• HR System Data extraction and populating payroll system data templates, supporting data extraction for Time system.• Data migration, extracting and reviewing HR system data. Working with local HR team for the data corrections in the HR system.• Support Payroll vendor with accurate data, and resolve data mapping issues. • Extracting HR System data for Time system and providing support by resolving data issues. • Working with IS team for the interface issues, and provide the support with data insight. • Act as the quality control and data delivery for the Payroll & Time Data Migration. • Effectively identify and mitigate Data related issues / risks to ensure they remain on track to achieve desired aims • Ensure Payroll & Time project Cut-Over Activities for the each country Go-Live. • Support Post Go-live data validation and error resolution and sign-off. Key Deliverables:• Significant background working on reporting for European and global countries in a shared service centre environment.• Strong on excel and data extraction and mapping• Ideally background working with Kronos• Accountable for delivering multiple countries Payroll and Time data in timely manner• Working on HR systems (SAP HCM, Success Factors Employee Central)
