An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in Haslemere, Surrey area. As the Home Manager you will be working for one of UKs leading health care providersThis is a purpose-builtnursing home that provides a range of services. From nursing care to dedicated support for those living with dementia. The highly experienced team are committed to enabling residents to live the life they chooseAs the Home Manager your key responsibilitiesinclude: Manage all aspects of the Homes daily operation, ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided in accordance with company policy and registration with the CQC, where residents are enabled to live with dignity and wellbeing Responsiblefor maintaining and/or improving the CQC rating for the Home Head the Management Team made up of the Deputy Manager, and working alongside them is the Administration Manager Facilitate the on-going training, development and supervision of the healthcare teamThe following skills and experience would be preferable and beneficial for the role: CRB Check and POVA listing Specialist Nursing Practices Knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) Guideline Gold Standard Framework for end of life Care Knowledge of DementiaStrategy and Dementia mapping is desired but not essential Managed a nursing home of similar size The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary from £60,000 per annum *Negotiable* .
