Now is the time to take on the challenge as this organisation implements a 5year growth plan with very exciting things on the horizon!If you can take the reigns in terms of department strategy and be the driving force behind data integrity, best practise with the ThankQ CRM and be an inspiration to your team, you will be a valued and key part of this charity!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaboration, team leadership and coaching* Lead and develop a collaborative team of data experts, maximising their potential through coaching, continuous learning excellent communication* Build strong working relationships and collaboration with colleagues * Commit to providing excellent internal and supplier customer service and relationships, act as key account manager for the fundraising CRM (ThankQ)Strategy, planning and delivery* Develop, shape and deliver an Income CRM and data vision, strategy and roadmap that will maximise the power of data insight-led decision making enabling the Income team to reach new support and deepen relationships with supporters to grow loyalty and lifetimevalue.* Work collaboratively with internal teams through internal data governance working groups and feed into the development of organisational data policies* Apply external learnings from in and out of sector networks to evolve and optimise the data approach, recommendations on technology and ways of workingShaping and delivering insight and analysis* Create, lead and deliver the Data Team roadmap to deliver actionable data analysis, management information and campaign evaluations and other reporting needs through effective reporting and analysis tools.* Work with the Data Team and across the Income Directorate to ensure data management, selections and reporting needs are timely and accurate.* Feed into the development of supporter journey planning and execution, providing support and delivering outputs to achieve the overall aims.CRM performance and data integrity* Shape and develop a CRM roadmap to maximise fundraising CRM systems functionality, so that it meets the needs of the Income Department now and work with the Fundraising Strategy to identify and shape a long term CRM strategy. * Develop effective ways of working with the fundraising CRM. Lead on training staff administrators, develop user manuals to highlight good practice. * Reconcile data and income, in line with agreed SLAs, between fundraising CRM system and Finance systems.* Oversee team delivery of all business as usual data exports, regular house-keeping processes, import routines, and reporting and analysis in line with stakeholders requirements.* Improve ways of working of the Data Team through new data integrations and review of business processes relating to fundraising CRM which will result in more efficient ways of working. * Ensure all supporter data is held and processed in accordance with protocols and GDPR.PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE* Experienced leadership and team management skills* A passion for supporter engagement and the vital role that CRM and data management plays* Experience of managing large and medium sized CRMs in the not-for-profit sector and in a fundraising environment* Proven analytical skills with a passion and aptitude for storytelling through analysis* Excellent verbal and written communication* Proven project management skills* Experience of maximising excellent working relationships with external suppliers and agencies* Experience of budgetary control and reporting against targets* Experience of building reports and analysing data in SQL* Up to date knowledge of fundraising regulation, GDPR and best practice with ability to put data governance aspects into practicePERSONAL ATTRIBUTES* A collaborative approach to building working relationships and strong stakeholder management skills* Ability to think strategically and execute a data fundraising strategy* Highly effective organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to plan and manage a variety of projects to tight deadlines* Curious mindset and able to bring in best practice learnings to optimise and evolve ways of working* Ability to take decisions, responsibility, and ownership within your area* Excellent communication and influencing skills, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers* A team player * Demonstrate a positive and pro-active approach to problem solving* Empathises with charity valuesCLOSING SOON!
