Graduate Recruitment consultant Wimbledon, South West London£22k basic + Commission (Year 1 OTE 35k, Year 2 60k-80k, Year 3 100k+)Starting ImmediatelyWho are HarnhamHarnham is a leading recruitment agency and voted Times 100 best companies to work for. The role:Recruitment is a sales position so expect to be working in a competitive KPI driven environment. Youll be building relationships with clients and candidates as well as establishing yourself in a niche market.
  • Generating leads for new business
  • Cold calling to pull jobs
  • Pitching and presenting to clients
  • Managing client and candidate expectations
  • Sourcing active candidates and headhunting passive candidates
  • Organising interview processes
  • Closing deals
The ideal candidate:You dont need to have recruitment experience as our training is in-depth and gives you the skills to be successful, but we do require you to be:
