Job Description

A global organisation is now looking for a German speaking Team Leader to join them in their Surrey office due to the rapid expansion of their team. In this role you will be handling customer escalations and coaching and motivating a small team of Customer Service Representatives. You will be required to commute to Surrey on a daily basis as the client is looking to return to the office again in June 2021.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding, coaching, developing and motivating your team
  • Handling customer escalations across various channels, including telephone, email and chat
  • Undertaking regular 121s and appraisals and providing team members with continuous feedback
  • Setting clear KPIs and objectives and ensuring they are achieved
    • About you:The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and excellent German language skills. For this role it is important that you have previous experience supervising and motivating a team. You will be required to work from the Surrey office on a daily basis where you will become the Team Leader of a friendly, multilingual team. The company provides excellent training and provides opportunities for career progression.Profile:
  • Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a customer service environment is essential
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to provide good direction
  • Able to commute to Surrey on a daily basis
