Job Description

The Role Fixed Term Contract or permanent.The purpose of the role is to support the European Finance team in all aspects of its daily work by ensuring timely and accurate management information is reported, analysed, understood and presented in a clear way to the wider team, to senior managementand onwards to shareholders (PE). The divisions reporting and analytical requirements are continuously evolving, and the individual will need to help drive change across the region to satisfy changing demands for information.Key Responsibilities

  • Support innovative design, continuous improvement and delivery of all management reporting and analysis within the division.
  • Responsibility for the divisions reporting of: Monthly actuals pack, Daily and weekly KPI reporting, cash flow forecasts, annual budget, monthly rolling forecast etc
  • Assist with coordination, creation and enhancement of the divisions financial presentations to ensure that performance is clearly and accurately articulated
  • Daily management of the divisions financial database, currently Excel-based but moving to Anaplan.
  • Support the Divisional FD and senior FP&A Managers by providing data-driven, key insights and executing value-added data reporting.
The Successful Applicant
  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA finalist or qualified accountant, or equivalent
  • HFM systems experience - report creation, data manipulation, ad hoc use
  • Experience of Anaplan and/or Tableau experience highly desirable
  • Strong FP&A skill set
  • Experience of working in international businesses
  • Used to working with senior stakeholders
  • Resilience and drive with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of stakeholder partnering with an ability to establish and build relationships with management is essential
  • Financial reporting skills including impeccable attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mindset - of reporting inputs/outputs within framework of limited systems possibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
