An industry-leading multinational Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing corporation is looking an experienced Japanese- speaking Finance Manager to lead the Financial and Accounting Department.Main Responsibilities:*In charge of Financial and Accounting Department. Plan and direct the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, accounting, and other pertinent finance matters.*Reach and provide support to the Managing Director and the management team, through appropriate financial analysis as well as business analysis. Assist the Managing Director in the annual budget planning and maintenance.*Ensure that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations. Maintain the requisite records of imports and exports (including Intrastat). To be aware of legislation in force and pending. Ensure that all monetary transactions,direct debits and standing orders are in accordance with legal contracts entered into by the company.*Act as co-ordinator between different departmental managers to ensure that the month-end and year-end accounting and computer procedures are correctly carried out without a loss of information.Ideal Candidate:* Professional and above level of Japanese & English speaking is a must-have*Trackable working experience in similar positions.*Partly AAT/ CIMA or recognized equivalent qualified, fully qualified will be a plus.*Adept computer skills including excel and word.
