Job Description

Job Title: Finance Data AnalystLocation: HeathrowCompany: Join an industry-leading global travel company at the forefront of innovation and transformation. Committed to shaping the future of travel experiences, our client is actively seeking a skilled Finance Data Analyst to empower financial control andinsights within their dynamic organization.Role Purpose: As a Finance Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients Business Transformation Programme by ensuring rigorous benefit and investment tracking. Your expertise in analysing financial and non-financial transformationKPIs will drive the effectiveness of our initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide robust analysis and structured reporting to support financial control of investments and benefits within the Transformation Programme.
  • Aid in the development of transformation business plans and finance strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to create Transformation P&L and refine forecasting models.
  • Champion benefits tracking and continuous economic evaluation, including post-implementation.
  • Enhance risk assessment and establish clear "value realization" milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive accounting, reporting, and Management Accounting models.
  • Facilitate discussions on investment ROI, prioritization, and strategic planning.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to deliver results within tight deadlines.
Skills/Capabilities:
  • Ideally fully ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at manipulating and interpreting financial and business data.
  • Proficiency in analysing big data, identifying trends, outliers, and comparing data sets.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and accessibly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Thrives in an ambiguous environment with a bias towards execution, able to work at pace.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, taking ownership of issues and proactively resolving them.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with a knack for prioritization and effective planning.
