Job Description

Job role: You will be an inspiring leader, responsible for developing teachers and assessors to improve team performance, with a corresponding improvement in the student experience and outcomes. Embedding and creating a vision for your team you will work with the Faculty Coordinators to ensure high quality organisational planning and compliance with necessary administrative procedures. The post holder may undertake up to a 0.5 teaching commitment.Travel across campuses within Surrey area will be required.About you and what do you need to be successful You will an enigmatic leader, with previous experience of leading, managing and influencing a team to ensure a consistent outstanding teaching and the best student outcomes. You will have an aptitude for using technology to enhance learning coupled with good planning and organisational skills.
