Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a European Insights Manager has arisen in Surrey, 2 or 3 days in the offices per week. This role will be responsible for defining, running and delivering consumer and category research, including shopper/retail, customer profilingand proposition development. This candidate will synthesise data from multiple sources and guide the business in understanding and reacting to key category developments.Client DetailsA leading consumer business with a global portfolio of products.DescriptionThe European Insights Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Crafting agency presentations to ensure they have clear business implications and concrete recommendations.
  • Ensure insights are relevant and practical for the local market requirements.
  • In depth analysis of data (using analytics tools) to support on key business questions
  • Communication and engagement with key partners; identifying and communicating key issues, trends and developments to the business and their implications.
  • Build an overview of category developments and identify and drive application of insights across the business.
ProfileThe European Insights Manager will have the following expertise;
  • Strong data synthesis and interpretation skills; producing tangible and significant insight.
  • Able to develop and present compelling presentations to senior executives.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Confident, strong communicator.
  • Experience in working with digital insights across the customer journey and embedding into the business.
