Job Description

A multinational IT software company is looking for an HR Administrator with fluent Dutch. The successful candidate will be working towards continuously improving the HR administrative and employee transactional lifecycle to support the HR Business Partnersin all locations.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of all employee data is correctly recorded onto our HR database
  • Work with the Centres of Excellence to translate from the UK to Dutch any policies, procedures, job vacancies as required
  • Co-ordinate HR and IT inductions for new starters to the business
About you:This role requires a highly organised individual with multitasking skills and excellent attention to detail as you will be working in a fast paced environment. Within this position, you will be supporting the HR Business partner and new starters and it isvital for you to have impeccable communication skills in both Dutch and English.   • Required to be fluent in Dutch both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience HR related experience

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently but also within a team
