Grafton Banks Finance Executive Search is currently recruiting a Divisional Finance Director for a growing c.£50m revenue Financial Services business in Surrey. You will need to be a fully qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant and current Finance Director from the financial services, insurance or professional services sector in order to apply and ideally be FCA approved, although this is not essential. Reporting to the CEO and managing a wider team with two direct reports, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the financial management of the company. The role will involve the financial reporting of the division within the larger group, business partnering the CEO and leadership team to drive increased growth and revenue, looking at pricing structures, managing the budgeting and forecasting process, management of the P&L, financial statutory reporting under IFRS, profit analysis, production of board packs and attendance to board meetings, implement and maintain accounting policies and controls, tax submissions and various ongoing business projects and systems improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to add genuine commercial input to the business and build their career in a rapidly expanding international company.
