Ashdown Group have been engaged by a highly successful Publishing and Data Insights organisation to assist with their recruitment of a Database coordinator / researcher.This is a hybrid role based on site in Chobham and working from home.The role will be to research and update content in a selection of databases, which feed into numerous publications and are critical sources of data for their clients. The database is updated using a variety of primary information sources to provide a richsource for data for Aviation customers both large and small.An ideal candidate will have a background in publishing managing and editing content lists or in data collection, database management and quality assurance, and will be skilled at independent research and working seamlessly within cross-functional teams.This position focuses on data collection, database update and research of company and facility data. There is a creative element to this position, and you will be responsible for proofreading and creating content for publications, using editorial databasesand checking data for accuracy.You will be adept at utilising a CRM system, which will be central to the management of this role and follow the companys processes to ensure all opportunities are maximised. It would help if you also were confident across the entire Microsoft Officesuite. The right candidate for this position will be an exceptional communicator - confident, professional and good at building customer relationships over the phone and be detail oriented.You will be committed to the continued learning and development. There is also the opportunity for occasional international travel. Due to the location of the office, you must be able to drive and have your own transport. Experience of the airline/air transportindustry, preferably in a scheduler/dispatcher role is desirableFor your hard work and commitment to this role, there is an opportunity to develop within the company - they invest heavily in their staff and try to promote internally when possible.
