Job Description

Michael Page Logistics are looking to recruit a Customer Contract Analyst for a client based at Heathrow airport.Client DetailsOur client are a global leader in providing logistics services to the airline sector.DescriptionThe responsibilities of this role include:

  • Effective management and delivery of all operational duties whilst on shift
  • Maintaining operational performance to meet Airline customers Service Level
  • Agreements
  • To comply with Customs, CAA and any other regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to make essential decisions and take responsibility.
  • Cost controls within the P&L
  • Management of health and safety
  • To carry out any other tasks deemed necessary and reasonable by the company.
  • To be able to work flexible working hours when necessary.
  • To work as a team or on own.

ProfileThis role will focus on the data and statistical analysis between the customer and service provider and will help to improve operations. Candidates will require an understanding of logistics operations but more importantly must have strong numeracy and computerknowledge and literacy. You will have the ability to work under pressure and have great communication skills.Job OfferYou will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and will receive a highly competitive salary.
