Job Description

A B2C insurance provider based in Surrey is seeking a CRM Manager to design and implement cross-sell and retention strategies across a number of key insurance products. This role is critical for the groups growth and wider customer experience strategy.Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing to design and implement high quality CRM strategies
  • Improve customer retention rates and drive cross category purchasing through on-site personalisation and data driven customer journeys.
  • Develop marketing automations across multiple touch points to drive customer engagement and financial results.
  • Constantly evolve campaigns and programs based on testing strategies, performance indicators and audience insight to drive customer lifetime value.
  • Supporting and working with the Head of Marketing to deliver larger scale projects such as a customer loyalty program, and segmentation.
  • Development and implementation of processes, and ways of working to establish a more streamlined and customer focussed approach to customer communication.
  • Working with stakeholders across multiple business units and departments to identify new ways to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate will have considerable experience in CRM.
  • Experience ideally from a regulated background would be an advantage.
  • Analytically minded with a keen eye for detail.
  • A hands on individual who is willing to be a strategic thinker and implement their ideas.
  • Very good understanding of automation and segmentation.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of reporting tools.
  • UK experience is essential.
C£50-55,000 - dependant on experience
