Job Description

The successful Commercial Strategy Manager (Korean Speaking) will be responsible for analyzing market trends to inform new product development and launch decisions; providing pricing recommendations, working closely with sales and marketing.This role will be based in Surrey and require 4-days-per-week in the office. You must be fluent in Korean and have the right-to-work in the UK.Client DetailsA global organisation with a recognised portfolio of products within the consumer space.DescriptionThe successful Commercial Strategy Manager (Korean Speaking) will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Sales, Product and Marketing teams with meaningful data and insight to help position products in the best way.
  • Performing sell-out performance analysis by channel & products on weekly basis.
  • Own the documentation and create compelling presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Monitor retailers margin with market price tracker and monitor price erosion rate by retailer.
ProfileThe successful Commercial Strategy Manager (Korean Speaking) will have the following capabilities;
  • You must be able to speak Korean.
  • Strong knowledge on financial reporting, cost structure, and sales deduction.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint are required.
  • Excellent project management experience & time management.
  • Strong communication skills; listening, explaining, interpreting, analysing, arbitrating, negotiating, decision making.
