The role of the Practitioner within ALP will present an interesting and rewarding opportunity for the right individual to use their knowledge, skills and experience to support young people to learn.The delivery of the academic curriculum will depend on the readiness of each individual to learn, which allows for a unique approach to delivering a personalised curriculum, designed to meet the specific needs of the group.You will work as part of a team to deliver a full-time education provision. This will involve the delivery of 1:1 and small group delivery of a planned Curriculum, (Including PSHE, and vocational subjects) this involves leading and taking part in engagement activities and supporting the delivery of an accreditation programme.
