ProTalent are currently working on a very rare Partner Designate role in Surrey/Sussex, although will largely be remote working.This is a really exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant who is keen to work towards becoming a partner/owner of a practice.Initially joining as a client manager, but working towards becoming apartner in the short to medium term.The role would largely involve the management of a client portfolio - building and nurturing business relationshipswith a wide range of clients.Ensuring that their statutory accounts, taxcompliance and financial statements are completed, management information provided and working closely with these clients to help them grow their businesses as they wish, providing sensible, timely advice from a position of trust and value.As well as the client management part of the role, we are also seeking an individual who can get involved in a senior capacity with the firm itself - establishing, implementing or developing internal processes and procedures.
