Job Description

The agency is dedicated to finding and retainingemployment to support businesses and candidates.There has never been a more exciting time to join the ever-expanding, passionate Connect Appointments team.You will be responsible for:

  • Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate skills and experience
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
  • Liaise with client and other areas of the company on a regular basis
  • Carry out job interviews both telephone and in person
  • Input data into our bespoke recruitment database
  • Coordinate and manage workers every day
Key skills and qualifications required:
  • First class communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Commitment to delivering a fantastic customer experience
  • The ability to build connections with people
  • Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Office
  • The ability to motivate themselves and others
This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a real impact in an exciting and ever moving industry.Based within our Sunderland office, working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, however out of hours working will be required.
