Job Description

The CompanyOur client is a specialist manufacturing company. Due to growth they are now recruiting or a Tooling Supervisor.The Role

  • Responsible for a team of Tooling Technicians.
  • General maintenance of tooling.
  • Creating and managing PPM system.
  • Reactive maintenance of tooling.
  • Identifying improvements.
  • Development of team.
  • Ensure H and S standards.
  • Involved in NPI.
    • The Person
  • You will ideally come from a toolmaking background and be time served.
  • Previous Supervisory experience is essential.
  • A tooling background ideally in press would be preferred.
  • Have a good understanding of Lean.
  • Proven ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally
  • Good communicator who is self-motivated, dedicated and well organized.
