Castleview Group are one of the largest providers of Support Services throughout the North East.Due to winning several support contracts we are looking recruit Support Workers to work in and around Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.We require Support Workers to work within supported living services on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential of transferring onto a permanent contract.Within our clients supported living services, they provide care and support in a range of services for individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, behaviour that challenges or mental health issues.As a Support Worker you will be working as part of a team, providing and promoting person centered care and support, promoting independence where possible.THE EXPERIENCE
