Job Description

Seven Social Care are looking for several Support Workers to work in Sunderland on a temporary on-going contract. They are offering full time night shifts and day shifts.The role: As a Support Worker, you will help customers receive the best quality care and support they deserve. If you have a genuine interest in assisting people over the age of 18 who require rehabilitation, reablement, convalescence and ongoing assessments followinga physical illness or trauma then this role will be suitable for you. Shifts are 7am-10pm on a rota basis, 32 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to the customer who has just been through a physical illness or trauma.
  • Personal Care.
  • Work closely with health professionals to support customers to progress and enable them to reach their potential.
Applicant Requirements:
  • Qualifications: N/A
  • Experience: 2+ years working as a Support Worker.
  • Compliance: Up to date DBS.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
