A Stores Administrator is sought by a busy manufacturing company on a temporary basisWorking closely with the maintenance manager you will have the following responsibilities: -* Set up MVP software for the Maintenance and Tooling Department* All Coupa orders for maintenance (Spares Parts)* POC for buyers through Coupa. Including Suppliers and Finance* Monthly Critical Spares accounting* Weekly Store Checks* WASP/MVP Management (transfer and control)* Organising parts required for PMs alongside the Team Leader* Inputting new inventory for maintenance* Collecting quotations from suppliers for other tasks.The successful candidate will need experience of working within manufacturing, be confident using PCs and software and have a basic knowledge of Stores management. An understanding of CMMS Software before/Inventory Control Software Systems coupled withan understanding of managing parts and systems would be an advantage.This is an opportunity to work with one of the regions premier manufacturing businesses.
