Job Description

Stock Condition SurveyorSunderland*Full time12 month fixed term contract£27,925The VacancyThe role of Stock Condition Surveyor will carry out stock condition surveys, energy assessments to produce Energy Performance Certificates and overall knowledge gathering of our client’s domestic and commercial assets.Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out comprehensive surveys as required to manage our client’s assets including Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS surveys and preparing associated reports.
  • Providing technical advice and support on condition and investment requirements.
  • Analysing appropriate data to support the successful development and implementation of the Asset Management Strategy
  • The successful candidate will:
  • Have demonstrable knowledge of Asset Management, Housing Management, Business Planning IT systems and processes.
  • Have knowledge of the requirements of the Decent Homes and associated regulatory standards and how these related to stock data.
  • Be able to accurately record information including associated measurements.
  • Have experience of gathering data for stock condition and HHSRS surveys.
  • Have experience of successfully supporting the management of data for large scale programmes of stock condition related surveys.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • It would be advantageous for the successful candidate to hold a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification along with holding (or be willing to achieve) a Competency Qualification in commercial energy assessment.If this sounds like you and you’re looking to join an organisation that values its employees then they’d love to hear from you.*The role will be based from home until it is safe to return to the office in Sunderland.
