Job Description

The Role

  • Analyse business needs for the SAP solution including new functionality and integration of SAP software with MES, EDI and other systems
  • Coordinate and manage system extensions and modifications from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
  • Support and maintain user-guided applications to simplify interaction with SAP.
  • Provide SAP end-user training and support.
  • Produce business processes and training documentation.
  • Prepare progress reports on project implementations.
  • Keep informed of the latest SAP updates, developments, and offerings.
The PersonWe will need candidates to have;
  • Experience as an SAP business analyst
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process and an understanding of SAP modules such as MM, WM, PP, SD, FICO.
And ideally;
  • Use of reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
  • Exposure to MES systems.
The CompanyWe are supporting a fast-paced manufacturing business based near Sunderland. They are involved in the assembly and supply of products to a world-wide market, driving standards to ensure their continued position as a supplier of choice.This role will sit in a small, multi-discipline, IT team and work closely with the MES specialists and systems analysts. The salary on offer is up to £45,000
