Job Description

Recruitment ManagerBased in Newcastle, covering the Northeast of England Perm team specialising in Manufacturing, Procurement & Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight and Environmental.£35,000-£45,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Monthly & Quarterly bonus As Regional Permanent Manager for the Northeast, youll be responsible for the selection, growth and development of a team of Perm Consultants. Initially based in Newcastle, you will be given the exciting opportunity to open additional locations in time.You will need to be flexible to travel within the Northeast for client visits and as you build out your team, and nationally for Regional Management meetings. We are looking for a proactive individual who will lead from the front, invest time in their peopleand ensure the team delivers financially.The Benefits

The Role
  • Taking an active role in the selection and recruitment of staff members, within corporate guidelines
  • Conducting regular review meetings with staff to identify areas of support needed
  • Implementing team building and motivational ideas
  • Identifying areas of development for individual team members, offering either individual or corporate training in addition to regular coaching and encouraging self-development
  • Attending monthly and quarterly reviews to discuss Permanent placement progress across Manpower
  • Monitoring and communicating on a daily basis, financial and activity targets expected, and results achieved
  • Preparing forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • To develop a strategic business plan to enable achievement of annual budget
  • Maintaining regular contact with key clients to ensure full business potential is realised
