Job Description

Our client, an SEN school in Sunderland, is seeking a dedicated and qualified counsellor (BACP and NCS eligible) to become an integral part of their multi-disciplinary clinical team. Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized interventions and engagement based on clinical assessment and formulation
  • Assess the mental health of our young people and recommend suitable interventions in individual care plans
  • Deliver effective counseling and provide feedback on progress by building strong rapport with our young individuals
Requirements:
  • Qualified professional (or accredited counsellor), eligible for membership of BACP (or a similar professional body)
  • Well-versed in child development and skilled in building connections with young individuals
  • Highly organized and ready to take the initiative
