Job Description

QA OfficerLocation: SunderlandSalary: £25,000 -£30,000 DOECY Partners are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Officer to join a growing pharmaceutical CDMO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for working in a GMP regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve SOPs and batch records to ensure compliance with GMP standards
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits to assess compliance with GMP and company policies
  • Maintain and update the quality management system, including policies, procedures and forms
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Review and approve validation protocols and reports
  • Investigate deviations and out of specification results, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality management system
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Previous experience in a QA or QC role in a GMP regulated environment
  • Excellent knowledge of SOPs, GMP and regulatory requirements
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with computer systems such as LIMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office
