Zenith People are working with our client who are recruiting for a Team Leader on a permanent basis. Reporting into shift Senior Supervisor you will be responsible for operators and lead operators, the main purpose as the Team Leader is to be responsiblefor the operations of an area within the Manufacturing function, supporting the Production shift Supervisor with day- to day management of their manufacturing area.You will be responsible for coordinating workloads and addressing any issues that arise in the course of the shift, timely escalation to the key stakeholders, ensuring production targets are met, understand, communicate and strive towards meeting Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) and ensure quality standards are met in order to meet the requirements of the customer.
