Job Description

JOBS IN SUNDERLANDBaltic recruitment are looking for production operators for a global manufacturer supplier and developer. Our client is looking for team players that they can rely on to quickly get up to speed and become competent in production methods with a can do attitude.With a reputation of being an exciting place to work and grow, they now have production and manufacturing opportunities, with their world class manufacturing facility. This role is a temp to perm contract.NO EXPERIENCE NEEDEDThis role is a fantastic opportunity as it is an ongoing position.Baltic Recruitment are currently looking for Production and Assembly Operatives for clients based in the Sunderland area.Shifts:Shifts will vary depending on the role you are interested in Day or night shifts available.Candidates

  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
  • Understanding the importance of working as team to achieve productivity standards
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
  • Ability to interpret and balance a variety of feedback
  • Proven experience with an automotive and production environment would be advantageous.
Duties
  • Manufacturing products to high standards
  • Diagnosing problems and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Maintaining good housekeeping
  • Ensuring adherence to quality systems and procedures
  • Operating high tech production line equipment
  • Use of hand tools
  • Loading and unloading products
