Job Description

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting several production operators for a client based in Sunderland. We have many positions available due to a period of growth. This role will be to start ASAP. This is a long-term position with opportunitiesto go permanent for the right people after 6 months of service.We have positions available for machine/production operatives for an international automotive manufacturer based on the IAMP estate Sunderland.Duties:

  • Operate and monitor spot welding cells in line with work instructions
  • Loading welding jig with welding material and consumables
  • To produce components in accordance with work instructions, customer requirements, and to specified rates of production
  • Completing quality checks
  • Completing any necessary paperwork
  • other general production duties such as checks and maintenance on machines
Pay:
  • £10.64ph across both shifts
  • £14.25ph for overtime throughout the week and a Saturday
  • £19.00ph for any overtime on a Sunday.
Shifts are on a rotating two shift pattern; you must be able to work both shifts:
  • Day shift 06:30 - 14:40 Monday to Friday (14:30 finish on a Friday)
  • Back shift 16:30-00:40 Monday to Friday (15:45 - 23:45 on a Friday)
