Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all process checks are completed on time following the process check plan.
  • Strip down an assembly using various tools and analyze process performance such as adhesion, strength and wettability.
  • Check and monitor process equipment such as DC torque drives.
  • Carry out process capability and MSA studies.
  • Carry out process checks to confirm the process is in control.
  • Be able to follow reaction plans to get the process back into control.
  • Carry out failure analysis and write reports.
  • Provide data analysis and data capture from the various processes.
  • Support process engineers with improvement activities.
  • Support process engineers with problem solving.
  • Understand and comply with all customer specific requirements in relation to process engineering.
The Person:
  • Minimum of HNC in an engineering discipline
  • Relevant experience within manufacturing
  • Self-motivated/self-directed i.e. able to work independently of others if required, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving/problem-resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
