This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organisation that has a long and impressive history of helpingclients achieve their financial goals.The RoleThe purpose of this role will be to provide technical support to a team of financial planners who deal with a range of wealth management issues including pensions, investments and protection.You will have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge of the financial services sector, with ongoing in-house training and development.Duties will include:* Conducting research on products and providers, assisting them in finding the right solutions for clients* Creating suitability reports justifying the reason for each piece of advice* Writing Financial Planning Reports for planners to present to clients* Assisting with reviews and customer requests as well as acting as a point of contact for clients to deal with day-to-day queries* Arranging for plans to be submitted to provider companies liaising with administrators* Maintaining client records on the company software and ensuring the client and firms files are well presented, accurate and compliant* Preparation of client review packs* Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation* Complying with all company and industry guidelines, rules and regulationsThe ideal candidate will have:* Experience working in a similar role in the financial services sector* A good understanding of financial services products and the regulatory framework* Excellent communication and customer service skills* The ability to work to tight deadlines* Strong organisational skills* The ability to work independently and as part of a team* A professional and confident telephone mannerThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, depending on level of qualification and experience.This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful organisation and make a real difference to their clients.
