Job Description

Job Title: Operational LeadLocation- Sunderland - fully office basedSalary: £45,000paScope of workTo manage the successful running of all Digital Mailroom functions across all Digital Mailroom Clients in line with client SLA’sResponsible for Digital Mailroom Operations to ensure KPI’s are achieved through the development of Team Managers. 4 -6 Team Managers per Operational Lead managing circa 80 - 110 agents.Main Responsibilities:• Manages 4 - 6 Team Managers against their own KPI’s and that of their team.• Motivates, guides, and mentors Team Managers• Promotes team engagement and performance management primarily via SQDCP (safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People)• Actively participates in the development and delivery of 90 day plans. Works with Team Managers to provide actions for future plans and reports on progress of current plans.• Responsible for making the necessary HR related decisions following employee performance reviews, working alongside HR department• Liaise with end clients and attend client facing meetings to support the key account manager when and where required.• Deliver the onboarding of new clients within the Inbound environment via SOPs and business rules.Skills/Experience• Significant experience within a management role• Experience of managing and motivating a team to achieve required targets.• Advanced knowledge of basic IT packages e.g. Excel• Advanced knowledge of scanning processes and technologies• Logical approach and ability to scope out a project plan• People Management and Development• Able to analyse data and report upon suchPlease note that due to the high volume of responses we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted.If youd like to learn more about this role, please get in touch with Natalie!Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK.Devonshire is an equal opportunity employer and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds.
