Job Title: Operational LeadLocation- Sunderland - fully office basedSalary: £45,000paScope of workTo manage the successful running of all Digital Mailroom functions across all Digital Mailroom Clients in line with client SLA’sResponsible for Digital Mailroom Operations to ensure KPI’s are achieved through the development of Team Managers. 4 -6 Team Managers per Operational Lead managing circa 80 - 110 agents.Main Responsibilities:• Manages 4 - 6 Team Managers against their own KPI’s and that of their team.• Motivates, guides, and mentors Team Managers• Promotes team engagement and performance management primarily via SQDCP (safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People)• Actively participates in the development and delivery of 90 day plans.
