Job Description

Are you a recent School/College Leaver, looking to kick-start a long-term careerBaltic Recruitment is a leading North-East based recruitment and staffing provider to multi-sector SME and Blue-Chip clients. We are currently looking to appoint an Onsite Recruitment Apprentice to work within our temporary division. Baltic Recruitment work within the Automotive & Manufacturing, Engineering & Technical, Warehouse & Distribution, Commercial & Operational, Education & TrainingSectors.Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now looking to strengthen our recruitment team and recruit an Onsite Recruitment Apprentice to support and grow relationships with key customers in the Sunderland and Washington areas.This role is a great opportunity to develop your potential in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will gain a rounded knowledge of the Recruitment Industry.Onsite Recruitment Apprentice Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To assist the team on a daily basis with administration on all recruitment-related activities, which would include recruitment & selection.
  • Provide administrative support by ensuring timely statistical information is available to the team.
  • Assisting with candidate inductions.
  • Helping with recruitment administration.
  • Assisting with CV sourcing and selection, arranging interviews, inductions, and/or line trials.
  • Providing candidates with successful/unsuccessful feedback.
  • Answering inbound calls and queries and directing to relevant person.
  • Completing any other relevant duties.
Onsite Recruitment Apprentice Applicants:
  • GCSEs in Maths and English with minimum C / 4 grades

  • Possess a good level of Computer Literacy
Salary is £12,500 per annum increasing to £13,000 after successful completion of probationary period. Working 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.
