You will be the key point of contact for all project equipment, stationary orders and other consumables, in addition to business support of the team organisingdiaries and managing purchase orders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to the Sunderland team
  • Diary management activities
  • Proof reading and formatting Word documents and PowerPoint Presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a soft copy filing system
  • Occasionally take meeting minutes/notes
  • Book travel and accommodation as and when required
  • Support day-to-day office functions
  • Handle routine items including email/telephone/post
  • Welcome visitors in/out ensuring security procedures are adhered to
Experience/Person Spec:
  • You will ideally have 1 or 2 years experience working within an office environment in a similar position
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Eager to learn, develop and upskill over time
  • Able to follow procedures and instructions given
