About usIn December 2020 we plan to enhance our already successful UK motor retail business by acquiring a number of BMW and Mini dealerships in North Yorkshire and the North East of England. We are recruiting now for the role of BMW Motorrad Motorbike Technician in Sunderland. This is a great opportunity to join Vertu Motors at the outset of our next period of our growth.About the RoleAs a Motorbike Technician you will spend most of your time in our workshop maintaining bikes to the high standards set out in our Health and Safety policy. It involves carrying out inspections, repairs and services, checking bikes against VOSA legislation, and handling and storing parts. You will also need to make sure all necessary Visual Health Checks are completed, that paperwork is accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes and that a high level of productivity is maintained. Analysis, diagnostics and road testing vehicles are also a critical part of this role. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience.About YouAs a rapidly expanding business we are constantly looking for experienced and talented motorcycle technicians to help us achieve outstanding Customer Satisfaction. Ideally you will have Franchise experience, however this is not essential as manufacturer training will be on-going for the successful candidate.
