Self Employed Mechanical Fitter. Sunderland. Full Time | Monday to Friday- 6 month project.Rate is up for discussion depending on experience.Are you an Mechanical Supervisor looking for a new freelance opportunity with a progressive, dynamic and fast-paced Contractor to assist the completion of a current project Search Consultancy are excited to be working in partnership with one of the leading contractors for mechanical design and build projects. The client is looking for an experienced mechanical supervisor who can hit the ground running and assist within this projectuntil completion. Key Responsibilities* Start right documentation for the ductwork teams over 3 floors.* Checking deliveries and liaising with the site logistics to get the ductwork to the right work area.* Reporting of deliveries, damages, delays and any other issues on site-to-site manager / pm.* Quality assurance duties. checking ITPs reporting issues * Attend dabs meetings.* Trade to trade coordination. * Ensure safe positive behaviours for all ACE operatives not just Mechanical.What were looking for* Must have working knowledge of class B and Class C ductwork installations.* Trade qualified. * Must be able to follow a program and read construction drawings to be able to track and report on the installation over 3 floors.* Its a big site so needs to be able to get around over 3 floors.* SSSTS is required. Remuneration* This is a freelance position and you will be engaged through Search Consultancy for the duration of the project.* The rate is negotiable and the client is open to reasonable discussions.
