Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Mechanical Building Services/Facilities, looking for a new opportunity If so, Expleo have an opportunity for you! Expleo Engineering is seeking to recruit additional Engineers, to join our current projectteam, either on a permanent or contract basis, based on site with a major automotive manufacturer. As part of this team you will be to manage all aspects of mechanical building services engineering work within the motor vehicle plant including legislationcompliance, full project management and refurbishment planning. Responsibilities include: * Managing mechanical building services including developing refurbishment strategies, obsolescence management, efficiency improvements and technical support to maintenanceand legal compliance. * Carrying out engineering evaluation on plant loading and capacity from mechanical service aspect for compressed air, LPHW, gas, HVAC and water systems. * Liaise closely with Production, Maintenance and Safety departments to ensure allnew and refurbishment projects are fit for purpose. * Project management and delivery in addition to capital and revenue budget management * Detailed co-ordination of contractor works to successfully implement projects within a production based environment.Experience and qualifications required: * Ideally degree or HNC level educated, with relevant mechanical building services experience. * Knowledge of heating and ventilation, Building Management Systems and site utility infrastructure. * Experience in theIndustrial sector, or other service critical sectors such as Health and Retail. * Project management and specification development experience. * Experience in the use of design software and CAD (e.g. Hevacomp and Revit.)
